There is no single place to see what a student owes at this moment. Getting to an accurate balance requires running estimates manually, cross-referencing module charges, applying adjustments, and hoping nothing changed since the last time someone looked.

What We're Building

A ledger that charges the right amount automatically on Day 6 of every term, applies financial aid as it arrives, shows every payment, and always displays the current balance — without anyone having to run a report or push a button.
